She's just a clown.
Actually, she had to ride that horse & lead the Harvard Lampoon 100th Anniversary parade thru Harvard Square the other night.
The horse is saying "WTF???"

I don't mind at all...! The Shriners mean alot to my family and a child dressed up as a clown, riding a horse..does it get any better than that!?
