Apparently, Puppy Cam doesn't stream 24/7. I started yesterday afternoon and I didn't have access in the evening- it just displayed black screen. This morning at work it showed a still photo, possibly of Mommy Dog (Shiba Inu maybe?) As of right now, 1:26pm Eastern Standard Time, puppies are live! So maybe it stops later in the afternoon EST and resumes late morning EST. I have no idea from whence the feed streams.
So, if you don't get the feed, try the link at different times.
